Welcome to Sanctuary, Hair, Health & Beauty, a luxurious salon located in the seaside town of Scarborough, situated on Hanover Road, opposite the train station and a two minute walk from the town centre. We first opened in May 2005 with two hair stylists and a beauty therapist, but due to overwhelming success and increasing popular demand we have recently undergone an extensive refurbishment and extension to cater for more clients and offer a fantastic wider variety of treatments and exclusive services.

Experience complete relaxation in our state of the art lay-down Hydrotherapy Wash Zone before being treated to a fabulous new look by our highly competent hair team. All our stylists undergo advanced training by Tigi and Revlon, to ensure we remain ahead of the competition, and use the most modern of precision cutting and colouring techniques to create the most up-to-date celebrity styles. We also offer superbly realistic hair extensions and are the leading Wedding specialists in the area.

Our beauty therapy department occupies a whole floor in itself to ensure clients enjoy total comfort and privacy whilst receiving the myriad of treatments that are available. 

Rebecca, with over 11 years experience and Emily, a new addition to the team, have something for everyone from Dermalogica facials to St.Tropez tanning and new Minx and Shellac nails.

Our exclusive health department just keeps growing with a wide range of services including Thai Holistic Massage, Facial and Aesthetic Clinic, Colonic Hydrotherapy and Lazer Teeth Whitening. Holistic therapies are also available, these include , Shiatsu Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and many more. All these therapies can be used alone or to complement conventional medicines.
